Carolyn joined Sporting Insights in 2019, having spent nearly 30 years in business, working both client and agency side.
Starting out as a Personal Assistant in the House of Lords, Carolyn then moved into the marketing and advertising industry, where she worked her way through the ranks to become Head of Client Services. Throughout this time, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to deal with people at all levels have been a constant.
During her career, Carolyn has been fortunate enough to work across a diverse range of clients and pioneering projects. From the launch of the Boots Advantage Card in 1997, now the largest smartcard retail loyalty scheme in the world, to working on one of the first DRTV campaigns that used texting as a response mechanism (shows her age!) for the RSPCA.
Away from work, Carolyn loves nothing more than working and walking her two spaniels, as well as playing tennis and a bit of horse riding when she can. She enjoys watching most sport, especially tennis, horse racing and cricket. Working at Sporting Insights has fuelled a desire to learn to play golf, so she can take on her fellow office colleagues!
