General Terms and Conditions By clicking on to the questionnaire link, you agree to respect the terms and conditions set by Sports Marketing Surveys Ltd, which it shall be free to modify at any time, without notice to you. Consequently, it is recommended that you refer to the latest version of the Terms and Conditions, which are available on all emails sent to Panel Members and displayed on all ‘Recruitment Pop Ups’. Without exception, when completing a ‘Sporting Insights’ questionnaire it is assumed that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy beforehand. You recognise these conditions and hereby declare that you accept them unreservedly. Participation in Sporting Insights is free. Membership Participants’ membership is subject to ‘Sporting Insights’ receiving the full questionnaire, filled in by the participant on line. Provided the Terms and Conditions are adhered to, several people from the same household may take part in the Sporting Insights Panel. Participants The participant shall be informed via an email message of the surveys which he or she can respond to. The participant must answer the questionnaires by the date set for each survey by Sporting Insights. Beyond that deadline, Sporting Insights will disregard the questionnaire and the participant will not be entered into the competition/prize draw. The participant is in agreement to respond and complete questionnaires submitted by Sporting Insights both sincerely and objectively. The questionnaires, as well as the multimedia documents submitted to the participant by Sporting Insights, are and remain the sole property of Sports Marketing Surveys Ltd. Consequently, the participant agrees to not reproduce, deface them or pass them on to any third parties in any capacity what so ever – whether for free or for a fee. |
Your email When registering to the Sporting Insights Panel, the participant is asked to provide a permanent e-mail address at which he or she can be contacted. Participants can contact Sporting Insights at email change@sportsmarketingsurveys.com to change this email address. The latest address confirmed by the participant would be the one used by Sporting Insights to inform the participant of the questionnaire that should be answered, subject to a 30-day administration period. Termination If you no longer wish to be a Member of the Sporting Insights Panel please contact Sports Marketing Surveys Ltd at unsubscribe@sportsmarketingsurveys.com. Sporting Insights will then cease to contact you, subject to a 30-day administration period. The sincerity and comprehensiveness of the responses are checked in all cases. Sporting Insights may automatically terminate the participants’ membership, without notice if any confirmed or suspected fraud is detected. Third Party Websites Links included within Sporting Insights surveys may let you leave the questionnaire pages and enter into other websites. The linked websites are not under the control of Sporting Insights and Sports Marketing Surveys Ltd is not responsible and nor shall it be liable for the content of these sites. Sports Marketing Surveys Ltd is not responsible for webcasting or any form of transmission received from any Linked Site. All data collection, analysis and reporting is in accordance and complies with the code of conduct of the Market Research Society (MRS), and the Data Protection Act 1998.
